Drunk Driving Suspected in Late-night Crash

While it remains unclear how they came to suspect the presence of impairment, field sobriety tests were administered soon thereafter. Police also assert that a subsequent breath tests indicated his blood alcohol content to be more than four times the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle.
