I was referred to Melowski & Singh by a friend who had seen them do an excellent job for someone close to him in Northern Wisconsin, and my experience fully lived up to that recommendation. Living in Northern Wisconsin myself, it was important to work with a firm that understands how cases are handled outside of the larger metro areas, and they clearly do. They were able to completely avoid any alcohol-related conviction. An OWI charge was amended to non-alcohol-related reckless driving, and the remaining alcohol charge was dismissed. They are not inexpensive, but the alternative would have been far worse. The result protected my record and long-term interests, and I would not hesitate to recommend Melowski & Singh to anyone facing an OWI or serious traffic charge in Wisconsin.

Dismissed the OWI Charge May 1, 2025

I cannot express in words the immense gratitude I have for what Sarvan was able to accomplish for me. This was my first OWI charge and, as someone that hadn’t even gotten a speeding ticket in their life, one of the most stressful/scariest moments of my life. After having less than ideal results/encounters with two other attorneys, I contemplated and almost was resigned to accepting my fate and conviction. However, a small part of me wanted to still fight for myself; I reached out to Melowski and Singh and was privileged to work with Sarvan. He was surgical in his approach to my case and was able to get the judge to dismiss the OWI charge. This was not by pure luck—he has an extensive knowledge of the law and was able to find ways to aid in my defense almost immediately. He was extremely professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. I am so thankful to have found him and cannot recommend him enough. Lastly, I want to emphasize to please advocate for yourself, even if it means moving on from previous representation. Sarvan Singh Jr. helped me reduce an OWI charge to reckless driving. Although a very difficult situation to deal with, Sarvan kept me informed throughout and was very professional.
