Dismissed the OWI Charge
I cannot express in words the immense gratitude I have for what Sarvan was able to accomplish for me. This was my first OWI charge and, as someone that hadn’t even gotten a speeding ticket in their life, one of the most stressful/scariest moments of my life. After having less than ideal results/encounters with two other attorneys, I contemplated and almost was resigned to accepting my fate and conviction. However, a small part of me wanted to still fight for myself; I reached out to Melowski and Singh and was privileged to work with Sarvan. He was surgical in his approach to my case and was able to get the judge to dismiss the OWI charge. This was not by pure luck—he has an extensive knowledge of the law and was able to find ways to aid in my defense almost immediately. He was extremely professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Sarvan Singh Jr. helped me reduce an OWI charge to reckless driving. Although a very difficult situation to deal with, Sarvan kept me informed throughout and was very professional.
