After graduating from Marquette University Law School in 2004, Sarvan Singh immediately began his career defending criminal cases. Getting his start with the Wisconsin State Public Defender's Office, Mr. Singh quickly earned the respect of fellow attorneys and judges as a talented and effective trial lawyer. In handling hundreds of criminal matters, Mr. Singh has had numerous cases amended or dismissed. These cases include charges varying from Battery and Disorderly Conduct to Drunk Driving, Drug Possession and Sexual Assault.

Not only is Mr. Singh acknowledged for his trial skills, but he is also an effective appellate attorney. By targeting every specific and crucial issue which may have been overlooked by other attorneys or trial courts, Mr. Singh has been able to have cases dismissed at the appellate level.

Many of Mr. Singh's peers have taken notice of his talent as a criminal defense attorney. In 2010, for the fourth consecutive year, he was named a Wisconsin SuperLawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics and Milwaukee Magazine. In recognition for his work as a defense attorney, Mr. Singh has been asked to present at various criminal and traffic seminars throughout the state.
